Client Challenges
Before the mobile app, MFCI relied solely on its website, which was not optimized for quick, on-the-go transactions. Mobile users faced slow load times, complex navigation, and limited engagement due to the absence of a mobile-first interface. The company also lacked an effective channel to capture repeat purchases and deliver real-time updates to its customers. These usability gaps affected both customer satisfaction and sales conversion rates, especially among users who preferred mobile devices for product browsing and purchasing.
Result After Completion
The mobile app introduced a more direct and user-friendly purchasing experience, significantly increasing mobile engagement and customer satisfaction. Clients could now conveniently view products, place orders, and receive updates without accessing a browser, resulting in faster decision-making and repeat purchases. The hybrid app also enabled MFCI to reach more users, particularly in remote areas with mobile-first usage habits. Ultimately, the app strengthened the company’s digital presence and positioned them for future in-app marketing and loyalty campaigns.
